Return Process

  Log into your Secret Nails account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened containers and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned beauty products, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
